Empowerment Academy is the learning home for courses created and developed by Angela Fisher, PhD, founder of the Neurodivergent Empowerment Institute and creator of Empowerment-Based Integrated Treatment (EBiT). Her programs bring neurodivergence-affirming education into everyday life, relationships and professional practice.
Meet the creator: Angela Fisher, PhD
Dr. Fisher is an educator, entrepreneur and author whose work centers on empowerment, authenticity and respect for neurodivergent identity. She developed EBiT and the programs offered through Empowerment Academy, bringing her approach to validation, autonomy, connection and joy into each course.
From a vision to a learning community
As founder of the Neurodivergent Empowerment Institute, Bionic Bloom and Sacred Bloom, and Chancellor of Sacred Bloom College of Healing Arts, Dr. Fisher connects education with a broader commitment to science, whole-person care and social change. Her writing spans clinical frameworks, therapeutic workbooks and explorations of autism and neurodivergence. Across her courses and publications, her mission is to help build a world where authenticity is valued and every nervous system has room to bloom.

The EBiT foundation
Validation, Acceptance and Nurture describe how we relate to a person. The aim is to build skills and support meaningful quality of life while respecting neurodivergent identity.
Education and scope
The foundational certificate demonstrates educational completion. It does not independently authorize diagnosis or treatment, confer professional licensure or award the future Certified EBiT Practitioner credential. Apply course principles within your existing qualifications and role.
What EBiT means here
EBiT means Empowerment-Based Integrated Treatment, the framework developed by Angela Fisher, PhD. Academy courses teach its principles of Validation, Acceptance and Nurture for education and practical application. A course is not individualized clinical treatment; its certificate records educational completion and does not confer professional licensure or the Certified EBiT Practitioner credential.
How Academy credentials differ
Normal Academy courses award a Certificate of Completion after their requirements are verified. EBiT Foundations awards the Foundational Certificate in EBiT. The separate Certified EBiT Practitioner designation is not awarded by completing these courses. No professional licensure or CE/CEU approval is implied.
