How you will learn
Self-paced reading, practical worksheets, real-life experiments and knowledge checks. Each module applies Validation, Acceptance and Nurture.

What EBiT means here
EBiT means Empowerment-Based Integrated Treatment, the framework developed by Angela Fisher, PhD. Academy courses teach its principles of Validation, Acceptance and Nurture for education and practical application. A course is not individualized clinical treatment; its certificate records educational completion and does not confer professional licensure or the Certified EBiT Practitioner credential.
Educational scope
This course provides general educational information and does not provide individualized diagnosis or treatment. Course completion does not confer professional licensure or the Certified EBiT Practitioner credential.
Teen participation and safety
For ages 13–17. A parent or legal guardian must register, purchase the course and consent to participation. Minors may not create an independent account or purchase this course directly. Use the caregiver’s account and email, and work together on access and submission arrangements.
The caregiver controls the account and can see work saved or submitted through it. Authorized Academy staff can review submitted assessment answers. This is not a confidential clinical service. Keep personal identifiers and sensitive family or health details out of submissions; fictional examples are welcome. Optional personal reflections can stay in a private notebook.
Caregiver consent does not require the teen to disclose personal experiences or participate in an uncomfortable exercise. Pause when needed. Involve a trusted adult or qualified professional for distress, safety concerns, individualized assessment or support needs. If the caregiver is not a safe person to approach, contact another trusted adult or an appropriate support service.
This course does not replace therapy, assessment or emergency support. Messages and coursework are not monitored as a crisis service. In the U.S., call or text 988 for crisis support; call 911 for immediate danger or a medical emergency. Outside the U.S., use local crisis and emergency services.
