An EBiT-Based Course in Communication, Boundaries & Relational Self-Leadership

Regulated Connection is not a course about finding the perfect words. It is a course about what has to happen before words can work: regulation, consent, clarity, responsibility, and choice. Over eight weeks, participants learn how to communicate without abandoning themselves, make requests without disguising demands, hold boundaries without trying to control another person, repair without chasing, and use relationships as information about what is actually available.

Enroll online with a one-time payment of $149 USD. Course access begins after successful payment; no application or approval is required.

How to enroll · Student Portal

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) was developed by Marshall Rosenberg. This broader EBiT-based course draws on NVC alongside regulation, conversational consent, boundaries and relational self-leadership. It does not award CNVC trainer certification. Learn about NVC’s origins and purpose at CNVC.

Completion and credential

Complete all eight modules, weekly practices and knowledge checks (40 self-study questions), the workbook and final integration exercise / relational plan. Aim for at least 80% on self-study checks as directed in the existing course. Faculty reviews the final work and verifies completion before issuing a Certificate of Completion; there is no separate graded final examination listed.

What EBiT means here

EBiT means Empowerment-Based Integrated Treatment, the framework developed by Angela Fisher, PhD. Academy courses teach its principles of Validation, Acceptance and Nurture for education and practical application. A course is not individualized clinical treatment; its certificate records educational completion and does not confer professional licensure or the Certified EBiT Practitioner credential.

Educational scope

This course provides general educational information and does not provide individualized diagnosis or treatment. Course completion does not confer professional licensure or the Certified EBiT Practitioner credential.
