Who this course is for
Adults who repeatedly overschedule socially and then disappear or burn out.
How you will learn
Self-paced reading, practical worksheets, real-life experiments and knowledge checks. Each module applies Validation, Acceptance and Nurture.
Completion and credential
Complete all lessons/modules, knowledge checks, worksheets and required application exercises, then submit the 10-question check + 7-day social experiment through the final lesson for manual Academy review. A Certificate of Completion is issued after Academy verification; lesson checkmarks alone do not issue it.
